Front Range Compute, a project of Frost River Capital LLC. Powered land in Colorado, United States, about 30 minutes south of Denver. About 3 MW of energized CORE Electric utility service at 480V. That is utility service, not IT load; the customer sets IT load and redundancy. 2.8-acre site with existing container pads and utility-side electrical gear. Not a live data center. Fiber is in delivery, not yet in service. AI or data-center use needs Town of Larkspur approval. A planned utility expansion could add 6 MW.
